A beautiful example of a cello by Francesco Piasentini, made in Padova in 2017.
Exceptional craftsmanship with a deep orange varnish. Very powerful sound, this cello would be suited to a soloist, chamber musician or someone in need of a cello that projects very easily.
After obtaining a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering, Francesco devoted himself to violin making. He has worked as a restorer on instruments of Modern Masters (Fagnola, Pareschi, Pollastri, Rocca, etc..) and on creations of Don Nicola Amati, Gasparo da Salò, Klotz family, Michele Deconet.
Since 2015, he has been working in his own Studio in Ponte San Nicolo’ (Padova, Italy).
