There is also an element of sensitivity in violin making. It involves components coming together to achieve a unique harmonic balance. I endeavour to convey this sensitivity with my instruments.
An extremely fine violin, made by Master Luthier Bénédicte Friedmann in her workshop in Cremona. As with most of her violins, this one is expertly crafted. Its varnish is sublime, in particular the flames on the back of the instrument. Bénédicte is one of the finest makers in Cremona and her violin doesn’t disappoint. Its sound can easily be compared to the best antique instruments. The entire violin sings with all of its body and its power is matched only by the beauty of the sound. This violin would be perfect for any career but will shine in the hands of a great violinist. The violin comes certified from the Luthier as well as the Consorzio Liutai Antonio Stradivari, Cremona.
