I take pride in understanding all the technical processes which go into creating a great violin and usually make around 8 a year. I know the whereabouts of most of my instruments and get to see them from time to time as the musicians who commission them often become friends.
Made by up-and-coming Argentinian Luthier Lucas Fabro in his workshop in Cremona. As with all of his instruments, this one is expertly crafted. It’s extremely easy to play on and very well set up. Very resonant on each string, this is a powerful and balanced cello with a bright and projecting sound. This cello would be perfectly suited for a student or recent graduate as well as an established professional musician. The cello comes certified from the Luthier.
